My game ball today will be going to junior point guard Steven Ashworth. During the Aggies tough to swallow 72-75 home loss to Weber State, Ashworth led the Aggies with 16 points while hitting 4 of 9 shots from the field, connecting on 4 of 8 shots from behind the 3-point arc, and making 4 of his 5 free throw attempts. He pulled down 2 defensive boards. He also dished out 5 assists and recorded a steal. Ashworth and the 9-1 Aggies will try to get back to their winning ways on December 22nd when they travel to the island of Hawaii to take on Seattle University in the first round of the Diamond Head Classic.
