My game ball this week is going out to Ridgeline High (UT) offensive lineman Easton Hammond.
Hammond helped lead the Riverhawks to their eleventh straight win during the 2025 season with a dominating 73-14 win over East High (UT) in the second round of the Utah 4A state playoffs. Hammond helped pave the way to the win by the Riverhawks by rushing for 180 on 23 carries and three touchdowns, while also creating a pocket for quarterback Nate Dahle to throw for 18 completions in 23 attempts for 374 yards and six touchdowns. Hammond has started in all 12 games this season and is a shoe-in to be in an all-region and all-state selection.
Hammond and the Riverhawks look to improve to 12-0 on the season in the quarterfinal round of the Utah 4A state playoffs Friday night against Park City High (UT).
