Utah State has received a verbal commitment from Granger High School (UT) EDGE rush defensive end Ifo Pili. Pili is 6-foot-5, 225 pounds. Pili will serve a church mission before joining the Aggies for the 2028 season.

Pili was a force on the defensive side of the ball for the Lancers in 2025, racking up 63 tackles, 24.0 tackles-for-loss, 9.0 sacks, 30 quarterback hurries, 6 pass breakups, 1 forced fumble, and 1 blocked kick.

According to 247sports, Pili is rated as the 1,913th-best player nationally, the 139th-best EDGE rush defensive end, and the 26th-best player in Utah. Pili chose the Aggies over offers from byu, New Mexico St, UNLV, and utah.
