My first Utah State football recruit of the week for the 2022 season will be going to Skyridge High (UT) quarterback McCae Hillstead. In a 52-7 season-opening win over Fremont High (UT), McCae connected with his receivers for 21 completions on 30 attempts for 232 yards, 3 touchdowns, and 1 interception. He also took off for 7 carries for 47 yards and 2 more touchdowns.
