The Aggies earned a hard-fought 28-17 road win over the Fresno State University Bulldogs. With this W, the Aggies have secured a spot in the postseason with a trip to a bowl game.

I’m going to hand out two defensive game balls this week.
My first game ball will go to junior inside linebacker Bronson Olevao. Olevao pulled down 4 solo tackles on the night. He also had a team-leading 2.0 tackles-for-loss, tied for the team lead with 1.0 sack, and snagged a game-changing interception in the red zone by returning it 17 yards. Olevao is now third on the team in total tackles with 72. He has also recorded 7.5 tackles-for-loss, 4.0 sacks, 2 interceptions, 2 pass breakups, 5 quarterback hurries, and 1 fumble recovery.
My second game ball will go to senior field safety Ike Larsen. Larsen led the team in tackles, recording 8 solo tackles. He also logged 1.0 tackles-for-loss and a big third-down pass breakup. Larsen has now recorded 35 tackles, 1.5 tackles-for-loss, 5 pass breakups, and 1 quarterback hurry.
My special teams game ball will go to true freshman return man Noah White. White took his lone return attempt of the night and returned the ball 29 yards to set the Aggie offense up beyond the 30-yard line to begin their drive.
