The Aggies dropped their first Mountain West Conference game of the season, falling to a hyper Grand Canyon University Antelope team 74-84.

My game ball will go to junior shooting guard Mason Falslev. Falslev scored a game-high 26 points, hitting 8 of his 21 shots from the field and knocking down 5 of his 6 attempts at the free throw line, and stroking 4 of 9 shots from 3-point land. He pulled down 3 offensive rebounds and a game-high 9 defensive boards for a game-high total of 12 rebounds on the night. He also dished out 2 assists and swatted a shot. Falslev currently averages 16.5 points, 5.9 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 2.4 steals, and 0.4 blocks per game.

The Aggies will now return home for a Tuesday, January 20th, when they welcome the Runnin’ Rebels of UNLV to the Spectrum for the final time.
