I’ve got two game balls to hand out after the Aggies solid 95-80 road win over Weber State.
My first game ball is going to go to sophomore point guard Steven Ashworth. Steven scored 27 points while connecting on 9 of 17 shots from the field, hitting 7 of 11 shots from beyond the three-point line, and going a perfect 2 of 2 at the free throw stripe. He also pulled down 2 rebounds and handed out 4 assists.
My second game ball will be going to graduate senior stretch 5 Brandon Horvath. Brandon racked up 20 points on the night after hitting 6 of 12 shots from the field and connecting on all 4 of his free throw attempts. He also snagged 3 offensive rebounds and 11 defensive boards for a total of 14 rebounds on the night. He also dished out 4 assists and contributed 1 steal.
