I’ll have one game ball today after the Aggies season officially came to an end with a tough 72-83 loss to the University of Oregon in the first round of the National Invitation Tournament.
My game ball will be going to sophomore point guard Steven Ashworth. Steven paced the Aggies by scoring 20 points while hitting 6 of 12 shots from the field, connecting on 6 of 10 attempts from 3-point land and going a perfect 2 of 2 from the free throw line. He dished out a team high 5 assists. He also pulled down 2 defensive rebounds and added a steal.
