There were two standout performances this week and both of those future Aggies have earned the honors.
This week my first Utah State football recruit of the week will be going to East High (UT) EDGE rush defensive end, Zion Andreason. Zion helped East improve to 3-3 on the season while leading the Leopards to a 29-7 week six win over Olympus High (UT). Andreason amassed 9 tackles, with 6 of them of the solo variety, including 3.0 tackles-for-loss, and 3.0 sacks. Andreason looks to keep the Leopards good fortune alive this weekend when they take on Brighton High (UT).
My second Utah State football recruit of the week will be going to Steele High (TX) running back Jaydon Bailey. Bailey helped Steele improve to 4-0 on the season while leading the Knights to a 35-28 week three win over Midland Legacy High (TX). He carried the rock 28 times to the tune of 165 yards and four touchdowns, while also catching one pass that was good for another 4 yards. Bailey looks to keep the Knights four-game winning streak alive this weekend when they take on Fort Bend Christian Academy (TX).
