My offensive game ball will go to graduate senior wide receiver Brian Cobbs. Cobbs had a career-high ten receptions for 96 yards, to go along with a career-high two touchdowns as he caught a 14-yard touchdown in the second quarter and a 27-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter.

I’ll be handing out two defensive game balls this week.

My first defensive game ball will be going to graduate senior safety Hunter Reynolds. Reynolds finished the game tied with the team lead in tackles with nine, including four solo tackles. He also chipped in 1.0 tackle-for-loss and broke up a pass.

My second defensive game ball will be going to senior linebacker AJ Vongphachanh. Vongphachanh finished the game with ten tackles, including three solo tackles. He was also credited with 0.5 tackles-for-loss.

My special teams game ball will be going to graduate senior kicker Connor Coles. Coles connected on both of his field goal attempts including hitting a bomb from 50-yards out, as well as a 33-yarder. He also hit both of his PAT tries.
