My game ball today will go to graduate senior power forward Taylor Funk. During the Aggies 96-74 victory over the University of Santa Clara, Funk had a big game for the Aggies as he scored a team-high 22 points while hitting 9 of 16 shots from the field and connected on 4 of his 6 attempts from behind the 3-point line. He pulled down 3 offensive rebounds and 8 defensive rebounds for 11 boards on the night. He also dished out 3 assists and swiped 5 steals. Funk and the 3-0 Aggies look to keep their season-opening winning streak intact on Thursday when they hit the road for the first time this season when they take on the 3-0 University of San Diego Toreros.
