A second offensive game ball will go to graduate senior wide receiver, Brian Cobbs. Cobbs pulled in a career-high tying 10 receptions on 15 targets for 122 yards.

My defensive game ball will go to senior defensive tackle Hale Motu’apuaka. Motu’apuaka helped lead a ferocious defensive effort making 2 unassisted tackles and 3 assisted tackles for a total of 5 tackles on the night. He also racked up 2.5 tackles-for-loss and 2.0 sacks.

My special teams game ball will go to senior special teams ace Jaden Smith. Late in the second half, Smith picked an Ike Larsen blocked punt out of the air, split three San Jose State defenders and raced 56 yards to the endzone for his first career touchdown.
