My game ball today will be going to junior point guard Steven Ashworth. During the Aggies 77-65, Mountain West Conference road win over the Air Force Academy, Ashworth scored 15 points, while hitting 3 of 8 shots from the field, connecting on 6 of 7 free throw attempts, and hitting 3 of his 5 shots from beyond the three-point arc. He pulled down 1 offensive rebound and 7 defensive boards for a career-high total of 8 rebounds on the night. He also dished out 1 assist. Ashworth and the 13-2 Aggies will remain on the road and look to improve their 2-0 Mountain West Conference record on January 7th against Boise State University.
