The Aggies got back to their winning ways Saturday afternoon with an 83-62 victory over the Fresno State Bulldogs. Now it’s time to hand out the game balls. My game ball this week is going to senior shooting guard Ian Martinez. Martinez scored 14 points while hitting 5 of 9 shots from the field, including knocking down 2 of 5 shots from beyond the 3-point arc and going 2 for 3 from the free-throw line. He pulled down 7 defensive boards for a total of 7 rebounds on the night. He also dished out 6 assists, swatted two shots, and swiped a steal. The Aggies will now enjoy the next 6 days off as they prepare for a showdown with the boise state broncos in boise next Saturday, January 27th.
