Utah State picked up a verbal commitment this morning from Idabel High School (OK) running back Ravian “Megatron” Larry. Larry is a 5-foot-10 180-pound high school senior who will join the Aggies for the 2025 season.
During his 2-year career for the Warriors, he has started in 15 games and toted the rock 160 times for 1,399 yards and 16 touchdowns. He also snagged 9 passes for 186 yards and 6 more scores.
Larry chose the Aggies over offers from Colorado, North Texas, Sam Houston State, SMU, and Texas-San Antonio. Larry is the second commitment for the Aggies 2025 recruiting cycle, joining Lehi HS (UT) offensive lineman Tommy “Rock” Olsen.
A big “get” for the Aggies. I am wondering who recruited the kid and why he choose Utah State given the current issues with the Aggie football program.
Thanks for stopping by my site Hal!! Ravian told me that him and Coach Beal just clicked!! And we are graduating two seniors running backs, which is great for him to go, and compete to hopefully get that starting spot.
