Utah State picked up a verbal commitment this morning from Logan High School (UT) tight end Reed Olsen. Olsen is a 6-foot-6 230-pound high school senior who will serve an LDS Church mission before playing for the Aggies.

Olsen has had a stellar senior season for the Grizzlies so far hauling in 57 passes for 685 yards and 7 touchdowns. During his 3-year career at Logan High, he has hauled 88 passes for 1,008 yards and 10 touchdowns.

Olsen chose the Aggies over offers from New Mexico and Oregon State.

Olsen is the sixth commitment for the Aggies 2025 recruiting cycle, joining Lehi HS (UT) offensive lineman Tommy “Rock” Olsen and Idabel HS (OK) running back Ravian “Megatron” Larry, Copper Hills HS (UT) offensive lineman Joakim Green, Basha HS (AZ) EDGE rush defensive end Darian “Bleu” Dantzler, Centennial HS (AZ) wide receiver Nikko Boncore.
