Utah State has signed Texas Tech University wide receiver Brady Boyd. Boyd is 6-foot-1, 195 pounds, and will enter spring ball as a senior and use his final season of eligibility at Utah State.

In his final season with the Red Raiders, Boyd played in nine games, catching one pass for 7 yards and playing primarily on special teams.

According to 247sports coming out of Southlake Carroll High (TX), Boyd was rated as the 613th-best player nationally, the 96th-best wide receiver, and the 89th-best prospect overall in Texas. He began his collegiate career at the University of Minnesota and originally held offers from Arkansas State, boise state, Columbia, Dartmouth, Illinois State, Kansas, Liberty, Louisiana-Monroe, Louisiana Tech, Minnesota, New Mexico, North Texas, Oklahoma State, Texas Tech, Tulane, Tulsa, and utah. Upon entering the transfer portal in December 2021, he signed with Texas Tech three days later. It appears that Utah State is his only offer out of the transfer portal this time around.
