Utah State has received a verbal commitment from Enumclaw High School (WA) linebacker Cooper Rodarte. Rodarte is a 6-foot-2 220-pound high school senior who will serve an LDS Church mission before joining the Aggies.

In his final season with the Hornets, Rodarte racked up 84 tackles, 11.0 tackles-for-loss, 3.5 sacks, 2 interceptions and 1 forced fumble. He earned first-team all-league honors last season. Rodarte chose the Aggies over an offer from Minot State.
