Utah State has received a verbal commitment from Canyon High School (TX) running back Jackson Regan. Regan is 5-foot-10, 200 pounds, and will join the Aggies for the 2026 season.
As a junior last season, Regan played in 13 games and toted the rock 289 times for 1,860 yards and 24 touchdowns. He also snagged 15 passes for 215 yards and 3 touchdowns. The Cougars finished with an 8-5 record and advanced to the Regional round of the 6A-D2 Texas football playoffs.
Regan chose the Aggies over offers from Dartmouth, Incarnate Word, Navy, and Yale.
Regan becomes the first commitment for the Aggies recruiting class of 2026.
