Utah State has signed former University of Illinois wide receiver Carlos Orr-Gillespie. Orr-Gillespie is 6-foot-3, 200 pounds, and will enter the 2025 season as a redshirt freshman who will have four years of eligibility remaining.
During his lone season with the Fighting Illini, Orr-Gillespie did not see any action while he spent the season redshirting.
