Utah State has received a verbal commitment from University of Arizona wide receiver Rex Haynes. Haynes is 6-foot-4, 204 pounds, and will join the Aggies in time for spring ball and have two years of eligibility remaining.
Haynes saw action in 2 games for the Wildcats in 2025 but did not record any stats.
According to On3sports, Haynes is rated as the 1,626th-best transfer portal player nationally and the 126th-best wide receiver. Haynes committed to the Aggies while on his official visit on Friday. His father Mike, played for the Raiders and the Patriots and is in the NFL Hall of Fame
