Utah State has received a verbal commitment from Green Canyon High School (UT)offensive tackle Dakota Calverley. Calverley is 6-foot-6, 275 pounds, and will join the Aggies for the 2027 season. His dad, Grant, was also an Aggie offensive lineman.
As a junior last season with the Wolves, Calverley started all 15 games. His squad finished with a record of 9-6 and a trip to the championship game of the 4A Utah State Playoffs.
Calverley chose the Aggies over offers from Idaho, Montana, Navy, Nevada, Northern Arizona, Portland State, San Jose State, Utah Tech, and Weber State.
Calverley is the Aggies second commitment for the Aggies recruiting class of 2027, joining Cedar Falls High (IA) linebacker Brayden Hanks.
GO AGGIES!
We are happy to have you staying home Dakota!!
