My game ball today will be going to graduate senior stretch four Taylor Funk. During the Aggies 86-73 home win over Mountain West Conference rival Boise State, Funk scored 24 points while hitting 9 of 12 shots from the field, knocking down both of his free throw tries, and hitting 4 of 6 shots from behind the three-point arc. He pulled down 2 offensive rebounds and 6 defensive boards for a total of 8 rebounds on the night. He also dished out 1 assist and swiped a steal. Funk and the 24-7 Aggies have won five-straight games and now take their 13-5 Mountain West Conference record and head to the fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada to begin the Mountain West Conference tournament where the Aggies await the winner of the New Mexico Lobos and the Wyoming Cowboys for a showdown to take place on March on March 9th.
