My Recruit of the Week award this week is going to Mater Dei Catholic High (CA) linebacker Tanner Williams. During a 35-19 win over Santa Margarita Catholic High (CA) Friday night, Williams racked up 8 tackles, 1.0 tackle-for-loss, 1.0 sacks, 1 forced fumble, and three quarterback hurries. Following a bye week, Williams and the Monarchs will be gunning for their 10th win this season as they return to action on November 10th against J Serra Catholic High (CA).

Utah State is gonna LOVE Tanner Williams. I’ve known this kid his whole life and he will give everything he has every down every game. And I know he feels very blessed to be come a Aggie !!!!
I know that Tanner is coming from a high school with a LONG tradition of churning out amazing talent! I can’t wait to get Tanner on campus and having him start showing out!
