My Utah State Football recruit of the week will be going to Ridgeline High (UT) wide receiver Jackson Olsen. Olsen returned from what was originally thought to be a season-ending collarbone injury last Friday night and helped Ridgeline improve to 7-4 on the season while leading the Riverhawks to a 21-0 win over Pine View High (UT) and advancing to the quarterfinals of the Utah State 4-A State Playoffs. Olsen snared 5 passes for 95 yards and a touchdown. Olsen looks to help keep the Riverhawks chances of repeating as champs this Friday night when they take on Snow Canyon (UT) at home.
